Concierge service, professional marketing, direct advice and accountability had to remain intact.
More than two decades in, the question changed.
Anna began her real estate career in Halifax in 2003 and established her Toronto practice in 2008. By the time she reconsidered her brokerage model, she already knew how to find business, protect a client, market a property and keep moving when the market did not cooperate.
That matters because the needs of an established agent are different. The brokerage is no longer teaching you whether you can do the job. It should be helping a proven business operate with less friction, keep more of what it produces and build something durable around the work.
The move was not a rejection of traditional brokerages. It was a decision that the value equation had changed.
